PROJECT COORDINATOR

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Our client, the Ministry of Education is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill nine (9) positions within the Ministry.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulates and implements a plan to relocate all relevant personnel within the Ministry of Education.

  • Tracks and monitors to ensure that the project is completed within scope, on time, within budget and in keeping with the agreed quality standards.
  • Prepares and updates, status, interim and final close-out reports including lessons learnt.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Degree in Civil, Construction, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or any such relevant qualifications or combination of experience and training.

  • Project Management training from a recognized institution.
  • a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Facilities Management.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in managing projects with similar scope and complexity.
