Our client, the Ministry of Education is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill nine (9) positions within the Ministry.

EVENTS ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists the Events Manager in the budgeting direction, coordination and execution of major events and programs in the Ministry.

  • Coordinates the ordering and supply of the services, personnel, materials and equipment required for the production of the events/programs.
  • Ensures quality production and manages associated risks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Management/Administration, Events Planning or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in a similar position.
  • Strong events management capability as well as project management skills and strong organizational skills, details oriented.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficient.
