VACANCY
APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION:
QUANTITY SURVEYING TECHNICIAN
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- National Certificate in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of Five (5) years experience
- Suitable combination of training & experience
Duties include, but not limited to the following:
- Preparation of tender and contract documents, including bill of qualities.
- Valuing completed work and preparing payment certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Preparation of claims and interim valuations.
- Negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Preparation of Final Accounts.
