Outbound Sales Supervisor

Job Description

The Outbound Sales Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to drive revenue through the outbound sales department drive a quality customer experience through ownership and management of the order flow process from sale to installation. Duties will involve supervision, training, developing, coaching and motivating current and new sales reps to success. You will be required to achieve 100% of quota through effective leadership

Qualification / Experience

  • Associate Degree in Business or the recognized equivalent in work experience and self-study
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales or telemarketing environment, preferably in a supervisory and/or coaching role
  • Proven ability to attract, retain, develop, motivate and mentor a sales team capable of setting and meeting aggressive sales goals in a subscription sales model environment
