GROUP PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Over the years ANSA McAL has made significant additions to its portfolio of Real Estate holdings and is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager with a strong Engineering and Marketing background who can lead a team and execute projects as determined by Executive Management. The successful candidate must be able to manage costs, design and implement effective systems whilst building and maintaining productive relationships with relevant authorities, architects and other key industry stakeholders. The position requires an appropriate Property Management or Engineering designation and several years experience in this area.
