SALES MANAGER
A leading Media Company is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to head the Sales Team.
The Job:
- Manage a sales team comprising 10 direct sales representatives, to achieve sales targets.
- Develop competitive packages to meet individual client needs.
- Develop and maintain an updated customer database.
- Provide market feedback and influence product changes to meet changing customer needs.
- Develop innovative sales approaches in keeping with market competitiveness.
Work with management team, and sales representatives to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The Person:
A dynamic, pro-active, ambitious, creative and affable individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Successful sales and supervisory experience is mandatory. Formal sales and marketing training at graduate level and media experience are highly desirable.
