We are currently recruiting for a Trust Officer.

We are seeking a Trust Administrator for our client in Grand Cayman Island, whose role is critical in providing top quality service to clients and for complete administration of assigned corporate trust accounts. You must be able to prioritize and organize workflow, as well as corroborate all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts. Furthermore, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction to the highest standards of the company.

Primary Responsibilities include:
* Supporting Relationship Managers in effectively administering the accounts
* Receiving orders for daily investments; handling all cash and asset management activities
* Coordinating services and monitoring contractual obligations; assisting with vendor invoices and requisitions
* Active participation in retentive marketing efforts for securing additional business opportunities
* Monitoring incoming funds, initiating instructions for outgoing funds, reconciling out-of-bank assets, etc.
* Preparing client audit confirmations and assisting the Relationship Manager in the collection of fees

Business Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
* Ability to multi-task while demonstrating detail-orientation
* Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills required
* Background in mathematics, quantitative analysis, finance or accounting preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education/Licenses/Certifications: * Bachelor Degree in Business or related field. Must be STEP Member (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners)
