VACANCY
An expanding and dynamic telecommunications service provider located on Tragarete Road, Port of Spain, invites qualified applicants to fill the following positions:
ACCOUNTANT
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform company billing services
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor all bank balances on a daily basis and lead cash flow management
- Prepare all invoices, cheques, wire transfers and vouchers
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits
- prepare accounting and finance components of all budgets and forecasts
- Prepare all capital spending proposals, banks borrowing and other finance related proposals
- Research, recommend and action improvements to operational efficiencies in the Company’s accounting and finance systems, technologies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum ACCA Level 2 or equivalent
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Report writing and communication skills
- Minimum 3-5 Years Experience with increasing responsibilities
