ASSOCIATE INVESTMENT ADVISORS
OBJECTIVE:
Markets and sells financial services of West Indies Stockbrokers Limited (WISE) to new and existing clients for investment purposes.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
- build long-term financial advisory relationships with clients by:
- Calls, visits and sells services
- Advise clients regarding portfolio investment/asset allocation opportunities
- Increase number of active accounts and client assets under management
- Stays current with market/company information, industry and regulatory developments
- Ensures compliance with all internal policies, procedures and statutory & regulatory requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
- BA Finance/ Economics/ Accounting or related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Sales Experience within the Financial Service Sector.
CRITICAL SKILLS:
- Understanding of Statutory and Regulatory Requirements as it relates to the investment industry.
- Understanding of the Financial Indicators.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong Computer Literacy Skills.
- Strong organizational and effective time management skills
- Entrepreneurial
- High level of initiative
