VACANCY – MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the day to day operations of the Homeowners’ company.

  2. Assisting the Financial Director in the collection of payments from Homeowners, preparing Statements of Accounts, Invoices and maintaining a record of the accounts of all Homeowners; preparing Budget Statements, and monitoring the assigned work of the service provider.
  3. Acting as a liaison between BBHL and the Service Provider, Pirates’ Cove.
  4. Acting as a liaison between the individual Homeowner and BBHL to address the occasional problem that may arise with their lease properties and rights.

Qualifications/Experience:

  1. At least two years working experience at a Hotel or Resort in a Senior or Management position.

  2. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Quick Books or an equivalent Accounting System is highly desirable.

The applicant should be:

  • Willing to be based on Gasparee Island

  • In good physical health
  • Of pleasant and affable personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The holder of a valid driver’s license
