Applications are invited for the position of
Operations Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
Plans, directs and co-ordinates the operations of SECU, including supervising the activities of personnel, managing performance and productivity, coaching and mentoring employees whilst ensuring safety policies are followed. Ensures that operations are within budget and enhancing customer service. Executes the responsibilities of operations manager according to lawful and ethical standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
ACCA level III or a BSC in Business Administration or Accounting with at least five years experience in a supervisory capacity. Exposure to the operations of the Credit Union sector and knowledge of the relevant legislation governing its operation will be on asset.
Knowledge of accounting software, spreadsheets and word processing software.
