CARIBBEAN HOUSING LIMITED IS SEEKING CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL WITH THE APPROPRIATE QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE TO COMPLEMENT ITS PROJECT TEAM.
SENIOR CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIANS:
To render support services to the Projects Team and be responsible for measurements, quantities, costings, valuations, site inspections, coordination and related technical assistance.
Applicants must have a Diploma in either Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and a combination of six years Office and Site experience. Some experience in Project administration and/or Management would be advantageous.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask are desirable for all positions.
