GROUP HRIS MANAGER
ANSA McAL's Growth and expansion and high performance culture have fuelled the need for the adoption of relevant technology to optimize both employee and organizational potential. The Group now requires leadership in progressing the implementation of an HRIS system, providing support and on-going maintenance and enhancement of key HR applications. The successful candidate (Project Management/IT designate) will establish and maintain a common database of critical information on the Group Human Resources, facilitating Strategic HR initiatives such as 'Talent Management and Succession Planning' and on-the-ball operational decisions. Sound Project Management/IT and HR skills will be necessary to meet this challenge. Additionally expertise in the management of multiple projects will be required to execute roll-out to subsidiaries
