This dynamic company which is in an expansion mode seeks an experienced HR professional to manage the HR function based at its Head Office in Chaguanas. This is a critical managerial position requiring proven experience in Change Management and a Strategic Orientation. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years senior management in Human Resource Management with a focus on Organizational Development and Process Re-Engineering.
