• Must have at least two years experience in an office environment, cleaning and maintaining the external premises on a daily basis; cleaning vehicles, among other duties.
• Must have some experience maintaining accurate stock records and securing all cleaning equipment and supplies.

I am a highly motivated, hardworking and able person who can become an essential and efficient enhancement to any work force or work place. I am eager to further develop and utilize the skills and abilities I have acquired during my years of experience in the industrial and administrative working environments.

I have been in the facilities management related industry since the beginning of my career. My expertise in HVAC and mechanical/control systems with a hospital background and high end retail work. I can solve problems and work unsupervised bringing years of experience to the table.
