The leading and largest private hospital in the country has a vacancy for an:

ACCOUNTANT

The Accountant is responsible for managing all financial and business development aspects of the company’s operations as well as the timely completion of all financial and management obligations.

Major Responsibilities:

• Managing the preparation of the Company’s monthly management accounts and all related Management Reports.

• Managing the Company’s year end external audit process including the preparation of financial statements and accompanying notes in accordance with international financial reporting standards.
• Managing the preparation and filing of all statutory returns.
• Preparing Company’s Financial Plans with direction from Executive Management.
• Preparing and filing of tax returns.

Qualifications:

• Professional Accounting designation e.g. ACCA, CPA.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting or Auditing at a management/supervisory role.
• Experience in hospital or hotel accounting will be an asset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
