Over the past 15 years I have had the pleasure of Managing a variety of unique hotels and resorts with discerning clients from all areas of life. At L'otel our customer base was the film, music and fashion industry. The Coachhouse Marina resort drew from a familiy orientated market. The Boathouse, Varandahs and Mango Lagoon Resort & Wellness Spa saw honeymoners, couples (of all ages) and families.

At all the resorts I have had a high regard for the team I have worked with and building strong team relationships has greatly assisted my ability to meet finacial targets as well as seeing the job get done with a smile.
