Human Resources /Administratiive Manager
Responsibilities:
¨ Support to General Management Function.
¨ Manage Administration Department and oversee related services.
¨ Handle Human Resource function.
¨ Support the implementation of HR Database.
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience:
¨ A First Degree in a relevant subject, e.g. Management or Social Services with a Major in Human Resource Management, or a Degree in Human Resource Management.
¨ Eight (8) to ten (10) years Administrative/Human Resource experience at a senior level.
¨ Must be Computer Literate.
¨ Administrative Professional Certification would be an asset.
¨ Equivalent combination and experience in the above.
Other:
¨ Mature, analytical thinker.
¨ Age 35yrs – 40yrs.
¨ Must be people oriented.
