ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position:

Student Services Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a team to deal with all student queries, whether by telephone, email, fax, letter or otherwise, and ensure a prompt and fully satisfactory response.

  • Provide administrative support and advice to all ACCA students, tuition providers and others as specified, including liaison with Customer Service departments within ACCA UK to provide timely responses.
  • Provide information on ACCA’s qualifications and procedures to prospective students, responding to their enquiries promptly and re-directing if required.
  • In co-ordination with the Customer Support Supervisor, provide support to the territory managers of ACCA Caribbean, to ensure that clerical service is delivered to the standard that is expected.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 CXC passes including Math & English, A’Levels would be an asset

  • Computer literate
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service environment.
