QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
* Academic excellence, business acumen and leadership ability
* Strong interest in developing a career in sales and Self-starter
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent - verbal and written - in English
* Geographic mobility
* The candidate must have personality traits that include leadership, integrity, tenacity, perseverance, empathy, and a can-do, positive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* GE Energy's Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is a 24 months elite program designed to develop a commercial talent within GE Energy Business.
* Qualified candidates can expect a great exposure and the job experience with 4 rotations within the GE Energy. It includes formal classroom training in GE's state of the art facilities, mentoring from senior leadership and career planning during two years leading to a full-fledged commercial role. You will fulfill responsibilities of various rotations and roles within different GE Energy businesses and groups.
