VACANCY

An expanding and dynamic telecommunications service provider located on Tragarete Road, Port of Spain, invites qualified applicants to fill the following positions:

SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshooting and solve issues with hardware, applications, and network components
  • Evaluate hardware and software technologies to improve site efficiency and performance
  • Document current and future configuration processes and policies
  • Collaborate on design of services infrastructure form servers to networking
  • Monitor, analyze, and make recommendations as appropriate to improve system stability and availability

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in programming
  • Extensive knowledge of web architecture and technologies, including but not limited to: Linux, Apache, NySQL, PHP,TCP/IP protocols, HTML, DHTML, XML
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
