Manager – Internal Audit and Compliance

This position reports directly to the Board appointed Audit Committee with responsibility for the proper functioning of the compliance and internal audit unit.

Duties will include:

• The development and execution of internal audit plans, programs and procedures.
• Evaluation of internal audit test result and completion of internal audit report with recommendations.

• Assist the Board in developing a corporate risk assessment analysis.
• Monitor, assess and advise the Board on matters of compliance with both internal policies and external laws, regulations and guidelines, and to assist in matters relating to the audit.

The ideal candidate must have advanced computer literacy skills with five years audit experience holding the ACCA qualification or similar.

This position commands a respectable base salary with competitive performance bonus earnings.
