Flow Control Services Manager

NM Insertech (Caribbean) Limited, is looking for a dynamic individual to accept the role of Flow Control Services Manager to operate out of our Point Lisas Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for multifaceted Valve Repair & Service Facility.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Responsible for a staff, which includes Valve Supervisor, Valve Technicians and Trainees.
  • Manage and administer ongoing contracts with major clients
  • Responsible for business development and Sales and Marketing strategies in the Flow Control Services Business Unit.
  • Prepare Budget/Forecast, estimates (Projects/Contracts).
  • Provide technical support to Engineering Product sales Business Unit for valves and other mechanical products
  • Provide engineering support for maintenance and repair contracts
  • Develop a required level of proficiency in our “National Board VR” program and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standards.
  • Team participation in overall company business development and Sales and Marketing strategies.
  • Meeting Financial Targets and Finance Management of the Flow Control Service Business Unit.
  • Administer and manage the HSSE and Quality Management System for the Flow Control Services Business Unit.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Supervisory Management
  • 3-5 years work experience in a Valve Repair industry
  • An acceptable combination of experience and academic qualifications would be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Problem solver willing to commit to and meet deadlines.
  • High degree of planning, organizational, analytical, and financial skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and related software.
