GTECH Latin America Corporation, a company engaged in the delivery of secure electronic online transactions and gaming solutions, is inviting suitably qualified persons to join its team on a CONTRACTUAL basis:

Computer Operator

  • Must have five (5) O’Levels and Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Should have at least two (2) years’ experience in a computer operation UNIX environment
  • Required to work in a shift environment (either during the day or at nights)
  • Experience in a help desk call environment will be an asset
  • Must have a strong customer service background
  • Must be able to speak clearly and persuasively
  • Expresses self well in-group or in one-to-one conversations
  • Should be able to produce written materials that are clear, concise and easily understood
  • Must possess effective time management skills
  • Must be able to build and maintain relationships with other team members
