Operations Manager
Job Summary
The successful candidate would assist in the formulation of overall company objectives, policies and plans. The job outline includes ensuring that authorization plans and programs of the Department are properly executed, handling employee relations, policies and procedures to support growth and improve overall effectiveness and efficiency and overseeing performance appraisal systems.

Qualifications

• Must possess a degree in Security Administration or a management discipline from a recognized University or an accredited institution
• Strong leadership skill with the ability to act as a member of the management team and lead organizational processes.
• At least three (3) years work experience in a managerial position and/or paramilitary organization
• Must possess excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and written communication Skills
• Must have a result-oriented drive, highly motivated, demonstrate initiative and pro-activity.
• Training or experience in Employee and Labour Relations would be an asset.
• Computer literate
• Holder of a valid driver’s permit
