VACANCY NOTICE

1. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
   • To design, execute and evaluate programs related to healthy lifestyle including diet-related diseases and physical activity.
   • To coordinate nutrition training projects and conduct education programs for professionals and the public.
   • To write proposals and lead the program related to Nutrition and HIV/AIDS.
   • To research the literature, write and edit various nutrition-related manuals and publications.
2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
   • A university degree in nutrition, at least to the Master’s level.
   • Public health experience/qualification will be an asset.
3. SKILLS:
   • High degree of technical and strategic expertise.
   • Highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills
   • Good written and oral communication skills
   • Working knowledge of computer applications
   • The ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
   • Experience in preparation of technical reports on project performance.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

   The successful applicant will receive a competitive remuneration package and will be working in the capacity of a National Professional with the Caribbean Food and Nutrition Institute in Trinidad and Tobago.
