Our client, RGM Limited, a high profile commercial property developer, is seeking to hire a suitable candidate to fill the position of Manager-Facilities Services.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for the performance management of RGM’s facilities vendors.
- Responsible for setting vendor operational guidelines.
- Responsible for the QA/QC for critical building systems.
- Manage department staff, contractors and consultants.
- Advise senior management on various areas such as environmental management, maintenance programs, health and safety.
- Oversee the overall maintenance and sanitation of the facilities, grounds and equipment to ensure a high standard of safety and efficiency.
- Responsible for monitoring and performing required inspections for various systems within the facilities.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field, together with a strong background in Facilities Management, Building /Construction Engineering.
- An internationally recognized HSSE qualification will be an asset.
- Minimum of five year’s working experience.
- Must be able to work within and promote a strong team environment.
