We are looking to fill the following positions:

MANAGER, PROCESS MAPPING & REENGINEERING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibilities for the Process Mapping & Reengineering of all bank processes as they relate to the delivery of products & services – both internal and external
• Responsible for the management of the Process Mapping & Reengineering team
• Lead process mapping & reengineering initiatives with clearly defined benefits, providing the ongoing guidance and training needed to achieve the Unit’s goals
• Custodian for all procedures, policies and circulars of the bank and responsible for the issuance, circulation & publication of the same

PREREQUISITES:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience at middle to senior management level in the function of process mapping & reengineering is a must
• Extensive knowledge and rich experience of over 10-15 years in banks of international repute at the middle to senior management level is must
• Must provide details of 3 – 4 important project wherein the Six Sigma techniques were applied and clearly articulate the cost, control and efficiency benefits that were obtained
• Good interpersonal & communication skills to deal effectively with resources at all levels of the organization up to Senior Executive level is a must
• Ability to effectively deal with vendors and consultants is preferable
• Should have conducted Six Sigma training programmes for reporting staff
• Recognised certification in Six Sigma techniques for process improvement and reengineering is preferable
• Good leadership, crisis management and problem analysis skills
• Project management skills are preferable
