MANAGER
Requirements:

• Degree or Associate Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years' experience in supervisory or managerial position at a club, restaurant or similar environment.
• Ability to implement and enforce all systems related to smooth running of the bar function, supplier interaction, security and general operations of the establishment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends & Public Holidays.
