  • BSc Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • Certificate of Competency as the Ship's Cook
  • Experience in Filipino Seaman Culinary
  • In possession of a valid STCW 95 certification
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
  • Food, planning, preparation and stock taking/provisions ordering.
