Overall in charge of all production, scheduling, quality, budget and worker productivity

Directly to General Manager

Supervisor to all trade Managers

Job Description:
Plans work packages and allocation of labor to maximize efficiently
Schedules various departments to ensure efficiency and minimize rework
Productivity – maximize utilization; scheduling; procedures; work flows; deadlines
Skill enhancement – assessment and training, certification, diversification
Estimating – assist estimator, approve estimates; approve change orders
Service – compliance with deadlines; protect customer property; stay connected to customer to ensure satisfaction
Quality – oversee all work to ensure it meets minimum standards and customers expectations.
Safe working practices – enforce safe working practices

Compensation:
$12,000 to $15,000 PM plus benefits and Bonuses
